A pianist of refined touch and profound musical insight, Adolfo Barabino is regarded as one of the most compelling interpreters of the Romantic piano repertoire, with a particular affinity for the music of Frédéric Chopin.
His artistry has drawn wide critical acclaim: the historic British magazine Musical Opinion described him as possessing "a richness of nuance that places him among the finest interpreters of Chopin of his generation."
Following two decades based in England, his career includes a number of notable milestones:
Adolfo Barabino carries with him a timeless elegance, capable of transforming a concert hall into a place of reflection and beauty. Founder and Artistic Director of the Sant'Apollinare (Liguria - Italy) International Piano Festival since 2021 — regarded as one of the most culturally distinguished artistic events — he also collaborates with the Berceuse Music Association, where he approaches his artistic direction as a mission of human warmth, in which "silence and music between sky and sea" become a bridge to an intimate and profound dialogue with the audience.
